The Yanga market operates daily from about 4 p.m. to 11 p.m., making access to basic sanitation even more crucial for traders and customers alike.

Despite having electricity, the absence of toilets and lack of empowerment programmes continues to hamper business growth and affect hygiene standards

The traders’ appeal highlights the needs for urgent intervention by the Isoko South Local Government Council to improve facilities and provide empowerment opportunities that can boost the local economy.
