The former Chairman of Isoko North Local Government Council and immediate past State Organising Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Hon. Emmanuel Egbabor, has congratulated the Executive Chairman of Isoko North, Hon. (Elder) Prince Godwin Ogorugba, on his first anniversary in office.

In a goodwill message, Egbabor commended Ogorugba for what he described as “impressive performance and purposeful leadership” within just one year at the helm of affairs in the Council.
Reflecting on their long-standing relationship, Egbabor acknowledged their shared history in local governance, noting that while he served two terms as Council Chairman, Ogorugba also held office for two terms as PDP chairman in Isoko North. He described Ogorugba as a friend, brother, inlaw, and political associate.
He said their time working together fostered mutual respect and a deep understanding of public service.

“I appreciate the working relationship we built over the years. Even in moments when we disagreed, we always found common ground in the interest of the people. That is what true friendship and leadership are about,” he added.
He expressed optimism that Ogorugba will continue to build on his current strides, and urged him to remain focused on delivering developmental projects and inclusive governance to the people of Isoko North.
Egbabor concluded by reaffirming his support and best wishes to the Council Boss as he continues in his tenure.
He prayed God to continue to bestowed on him more wisdom, knowledge, and the fear of God in discharging his duties to the people of Isoko North at home and in diaspora.
