An emerging high profile Political Pressure Group that is canvassing support for the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Irri Ward 10 and 11, in Isoko South LGA Area of Delta State has endorsed the candidature of His Excellency President Ahmed Bola Tinubu, His Excellency Governor Sheriff Francis Oborevwori and other APC Candidates.
The endorsement was made known during a meeting convened on behalf of His Excellency, Amb, High Chief Immanuel Emoefe, the Okpugo of Irri kingdom and High Chief Daniel Omoyibo aka Danmotech at Uncle Joe Guest House, Irri, Isoko Local Government Area of Delta State.
Speaking during the meeting, the representative of His Excellency, High Chief Immanuel Emoefe, Chief Gabriel Abighe, Special Assistant to Governor of Delta State on Peace Building and Conflict Resolution stated that, the idea to convened the meeting was birthed by His Excellency, Amb. High Chief Immanuel Emoefe and High Chief Daniel Omoyibo aka Danmotech to brainstorm and mobilize support for all APC candidates in the forthcoming 2027 general elections for the President, the Governor and other candidates.
According to him, “The meeting today is not a party meeting, but a group meeting, whose name shall be unveiled very soon by the leaders who mandated them to call for the meeting. The idea is to mobilize and sensitize our people on the need to support and vote all APC candidates during the forthcoming elections”.
He asserted that, His Excellency, Amb. High Chief Immanuel Emoefe has been supporting behind the scene all this while, but this time around he is fully ready to mobilize support in all the wards in Isoko nation to support President Ahmed Bola Tinubu, Governor Sheriff Oborevwori and other APC candidates to ensure they win the 2027 elections.
He appealed to the people of Irri Ward 10 and 11 to stand firm and support the initiative of the group, noting that a lot will be benefitted by those who are ready to work to deliver All Progressive Congress during the forthcoming elections.
He assured that, the initiative will be extended to other wards in Isoko nation, stating that whatever they are doing today the Delta State governor is aware of it.
He added that, a meeting will be called to meet with Engr. Daniel Omoyibo to ensure that they strategize more on how the party (APC) can win the 2027 elections.
The representative of Engr. Daniel Omoyibo, Hon. Igorigo Excellence stated, High Chief Daniel Omoyibo and His Excellency, Amb. High Chief Immanuel Emoefe deem it fit to convened this meeting to mobilize support for the All Progressive Congress (APC) candidates during the forthcoming elections.
He admonished those present during the meeting to stick with this group that is coming up, asserting that the idea is to support all the APC candidates during the general elections.
He stressed that, the group has more to gain from the conveners, His Excellency, Amb. High Chief Immanuel Emoefe and High Chief Daniel Omoyibo, noting that High Chief Omoyibo has empowered so many people across Isoko nation and he is ready to do more for the people.
On his part, the Local Education Authority Secretary, Hon. Blessing Ese said that, those who attended the first inaugural meeting should be committed to the cause of ensuring that all candidates of the APC are supported and voted for during the forthcoming elections.
According to him, “If we are to benefit from the party we must ensure we follow the directives of our leaders and always obey their instructions”.
Hon. Philo Apena also encouraged members of the Wards present to be steadfast and work assiduously to ensure that all the candidates of the party win during the forthcoming elections.
Meanwhile the chairman of Irri Ward 10 Hon. Arovah also enjoined members of the group to be committed to the All Progressive Congress and mobilize for the victory of the party in the forthcoming elections.
The inaugural meeting witnessed a high turnout from both Irri Wards 10 and 11.
